I fell in love with an item! How do i go about purchase?
Just fill in the order-form! And we'll get back to you as soon as we can with our invoice(:
What is the mode of payment?
The only mode of payment would be bank transfer to our POSB Savings Account No. 209-09024-4.
Swaps! Do you do them?
Yes we do! However we're only agreeable if you have an item that interests us.
Usually we swap for brand new accessories and cosmetics at 20% above stated value.
Please do not be offended if we reject your offers!(:
Do you do meet-ups?
If you would like to meet-up to collect the item,
just kindly specify so in the special instructions section of your order request
and i'll consider it based on the nature of the item.
A 50% deposit of item price should be placed before meet-up.
Do note also that meet-ups would be at our convenient time and place.
I've sent payment for my item. What next?
Do e-mail me after transfering the required amount informing me your:

After confirmation of the above, the item would be mailed as soon as possible.
*Convenient mailing days would be Wednesday and Saturday.
You'd receive your item in approximately 3-5 days from day of payment.
I chose normal mail, and my item didn't arrive!
We are sorry to inform you that we are not responsible for items lost through normal mail.
Thus it is highly recommended to opt for registered postage at and extra $2.50 charge.
No complaints will be entertained because we send our items out after payment is confirmed(:
What if i'm not satisfied with my received item?
If such a case occurs, do immediately inform me via e-mail stating your reason.
On a case to case basis, i'd either refund the appropriate cost or replace the product.
